We attend the property ahead of the start of a tenancy and compile a full detailed record of the fixtures, fittings and their condition. We leave no stone unturned to ensure that the report reflects exactly how the property is handed over to a tenant.
We meet with the new tenants on their move in date for a full handover. We take them through the report and obtain their agreement and online signature to the inventory. We add time/date stamped images to support the report, take ingoing meter readings and carry out all due diligence in ensuring smoke alarms and carbon monoxide and fitted where necessary and are working.
Finally we hand over the keys to their new home.
We revisit the property and using the original inventory we assess any changes that have occurred to the property, taking into account fair wear and tear, maintenance and cleaning conditions, and any damages.
We add time/date stamps images to evidence any findings, take outgoing meter readings and carry out all due diligence in ensuring smoke alarms and carbon monoxide and fitted where necessary and are working.
We discuss our findings with the tenant to obtain their agreement and signature, and then secure the property and return keys to you.
